• Your name, phone number, email address and home address, when you fill out a quote form on this website or on Facebook or Instagram.
• Details you choose to share about your project, such as the lighting you want or photos of your home.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this site, such as your device type and pages viewed.

How we use it

• To measure your home using satellite imagery and prepare your quote.
• To call or text you about your quote, your install date and service visits.
• To schedule, perform and service your installation.
• To improve our website and advertising, including measuring which ads lead to quotes.

Calls and texts

When you submit a quote request, you agree that Lumera Lighting Co. may call or text you at the number you provided about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or ask us on a call to stop contacting you. We do not share your phone number for other companies' marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management and scheduling software and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you use a quote form there, and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are quoting or servicing your lighting, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records and seasonal reinstalls. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
